Fort Daniel Elementary will reduce variability and increase the fidelity of High-Quality Tier 1 instruction implementation for all students, including targeted small groups, grade-level curriculum, ongoing formative assessments, and progress monitoring to support ALL students.
There will be an increase in the percentage of students who perform in the Proficient and Distinguished levels on the ELA and Math sections of the GMAS. There will also be a decrease in the percentage of students identified as needing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support on the iReady Screener. Specific data can be found on the LSPI data sheet.
Fort Daniel Elementary will work to increase academic and social emotional opportunities for students. Each and every student will be engaged in high quality, rigorous and culturally relevant curriculum and enrichment activities.

Fort Daniel Elementary will honor our 30th Year Anniversary and implement our theme “30 Years of Impact” in collaboration with students, parents and staff.
Special events will be held throughout the year to provide students opportunities to engage in fun team building activities with their peers and staff.
PBIS will continue to be fully implemented school-wide. Students will earn points for meeting school-wide expectations. Synergy will be utilized to track implementation.
The School Counselor will provide small group sessions to support students' social and emotional needs.
The School Counselor and PBIS Lead will participate in district training and provide professional learning opportunities for staff.
Staff will participate in fun and engaging teambuilding events/activities throughout the schoolyear.
The principal will meet with Student Council throughout the year to gather student input regarding school initiatives.
Utilize Local School Council as a means to increase community input and involvement along with an understanding of the Blueprint For The Future.
Continue to promote participation in the EES family survey through PTA, Local School Council, QR codes for car riders and ParentSquare.
