Horizontal rows represent instrument ports, color-coded to indicate instruments mounted. Instruments are available for science unless otherwise noted. 
Note: ToO PIs should always check the "what's available now" pages that are linked from the contents list for the most up-to-date information. 
Engineering or commissioning blocks are shown across all rows when no backup queue is available (or telescope is closed).
