Terellian

The Terellians were a spacefaring humanoid race known for having four arms, found across the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. They were also known for their own variety of spices.

Several years before 2370, the Iyaarans of Iyar discovered the remains of a Terellian cargo freighter on a class Mplanet containing the logs of the HumanAnna, who was the sole survivor when it crashed more than seven years prior to that. In 2370, the freighter was part of a simulation in which the Iyaaran ambassadorVoval explored the concept of love with CaptainJean-Luc Picard. (TNG: "Liaisons")

In 2375, Benjamin Sisko enlisted Quark to help him procure Terellian diamonds for his wedding ring to Kasidy Yates. (DS9: "'Til Death Do Us Part")

The Doctor, when explaining some new neural patterns that had surfaced in Seven of Nine's brain, compared them to those of Vulcans, Humans, Klingons, and Terellians. (VOY: "Infinite Regress")

This species was only mentioned in dialogue. However, Amarie belonged to an unspecified four-armed species.
