The CSS World Razer was a 24th centurywarship that was operated by the Confederation of Earth in an alternate timeline.
The World Razer was the first of her namesake class, being laid down and commissioned around the early 2360s. Officially classified as battleships by the Confederation, she and her sister ships were in effect that polity's top of the line Star Cruisers of the era, with the World Razer herself serving as the primary flagship of the Confederation Corps' battlefleet during the late 24th Century. The class was also sometimes referred to as dreadnoughts.
According to GeneralJean-Luc Picard, with the help of the World Razer and its crew, the Confederation conquered the stars.
In 2401, a painting of the World Razer blasting through a Borg cube was on display in Picard's study. (PIC: "Penance")

The World Razer was designed by Sean Tourangeau. [1] It was based on the Federation's Galaxy-class, and was analogous to Picard's USS Enterprise-D. (TRR: "Penance")
The designer gave it the registry NCC-2101-D[2].
It is assumed, but not formally confirmed to date, that the CSS World Razer was built in the Confederation timeline's equivalent of the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards / Mars Station.

In Star Trek Online, players can obtain this ship type as the World Razer-class, described as having been reverse-engineered by Starfleet based on Picard's report to Starfleet Intelligence on the Confederation of Earth timeline.
